What is Becnel's Home and Garden?

We are an internet-based, family-owned/operated plant nursery and garden center operating in Vacherie, LA.  We offer quality plants, garden essentials, and home decor items.

How do I shop?

Home enthusiasts can shop any time through our website and social media accounts. We also open the gates of our nursery for "in-person" shopping during the spring and fall months at our seasonal market. 

What are the business hours of the seasonal market?

Our seasonal market hours for the 2024 spring season will be Fridays from 8am to 5pm and Saturdays from 8am to 3pm .

Where are you located?

We are located at 22060 Hwy 20 in Vacherie, LA near the intersection of Hwy 3127.  We are conveniently located in between New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Houma.

Do you offer landscape Installation and/or Maintenance services?

At this time we do not provide landscape contracting services.

What shipping and delivery options are available?

We offer local pickup, nationwide shipping, and affordable local delivery.

We are happy to offer delivery to zip codes 70090, 70301, 70071, 70763, and 70052.

What is the cost to have my local order delivered?

Local orders can be delivered for an affordable fee of $50. Orders of $250 or more qualify for free shipping or local delivery.

What is your return policy?

For live plants, we offer a 24-hour return option. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within one day for a full refund and free pickup. Because of the nature of the product, we cannot guarantee acceptance of returns beyond 24 hours; however, if proper care has been provided, your return may be considered. Home decor items can be returned, undamaged and in original packaging, within 15 days of purchase for a store credit. For additional questions or concerns, please contact us.
